II-month pregnancy's precautions.

Now I am here with second month of pregnancy’s news.
Let me share with you that the second month of pregnancy will have the same symptoms which was similar to the previous month. In this month you will feeling the following symptoms as below.
1 .Of-course you will be feeling the joy of motherhood with sweet dreams
2. You will be having the symptoms of dizziness, frequent urination, and fatigue.
3. You will not be focusing or enjoying a list of food for long. Your mood will be swinging to other foods during the second month of pregnancy.
Your ovary will produce a hormone called it progesterone which is important to maintain a healthy pregnancy period. Blood circulation will be increased in your veins so mother will feel warmer than other days.
A tinny baby bump will be appearing (just a feeling) which is really an upcoming joy of the mother. Mother also feels that the baby in the womb is in motion in second month of pregnancy.
In order to have a safe delivery, you must have plenty of rest and relaxations and very important that you have right and healthy meals during second month of pregnancy. You must create your list of food during second month of pregnancy.

What to DO-

4. Try to see some good stuffs like educational movies, some religious things (please note these are the examples). It depends on your choices for good things.
5. If any health problem persists, concert your doctor immediately.
6. Yes, off-course see the dreams for your bright future.
What NOT to do-
1. Do not lift heavy stuff like trunk, buckets, your machine etc
2. Do not bent yourself for any kind of work.
3. Do not give any kind of pressure to your stomach.
4. Do not take medicines without any prescriptions of your doctor.
5. Avoid junk foods,drink, alcohol, smoking and drugs.
6.Don't consume much tea/coffee, it causes acidity. Which is not good.

It is very beneficial to them who are deprived with baby or cannot conceive while all medicals are OK. You have spend lot of money, you are tired to visit your doctors. Please read once my suggestions.Few steps are as below.

As lady knows the span of her periods, keep calm and cool during this time. No need to have intercourse suddenly after the 3-5 days of periods (Control guys !) Stay think about it. Later on 10th day after the first day of period-Seems to be ovulation time.Ready to be a player !
b . Know your Ovulation
Within the time gap of 10 days (say your period start at 1st day of the month so on 11th to
21st) between this gap you might have the ovulation (release of the eggs from ovary). The day in between, when you feel some kind of pain in your stomach so think that is your ovulation-Normally it happens on 14th day but it depends. You also can use the ovulation kit to know your ovulation.
That is the time for intercourse-Do it guys ! love your woman.
c . Procedure of fertilization
When partner's sperm releases to the vaginal way, it flows to meet and fertilize an egg released by ovary. It may fertilize at uterus.That is the place where your baby will be formed to come in your world /home.
What to do if nothing happens
If you are not getting the result do the following.
1. Do intercourse alternatively (by 01 day gap)
2.Do not masturbate, keep your semen stored in you, so that it may become a large ml (milliliter).
3.While intercourse-penetrate as longer as you can (keeping in mind the pain of your partner)
4.Use some kind of lubricant like natural oil etc for the right penetration.Do not use creams or other artificial cosmetic creams. It may harm you and your partner.
5.Put the pillow under your woman so that you can have a good penetration.
6.After ejaculation do not get down, stay calm and cool for 10-20 minutes and advise your woman to stay calm and cool with you.When get down say your lady to stay in same position for next 10 -15 minutes.It will give more and more sperms to flow towards the egg and finally one will win.
How can be maximized the fertility
1. Do not masturbate regularly (we advise never to do it)
2. Do not make the relation with others-it may carry few micro-diseases to your partner (which are not noticeable but are very harmful and affects the fertility-It doesn't matter whether you use the condom or not.
3.Do exercise regularly, eat fresh fruits,vegetables minerals etc.
4.Do not consume drugs,alcohol,wine beer etc. It may affects the number of sperms in semen. Stay away from all these.
5.Do not use much oily food in your regular diet it may increase the fat in your body which is not good for semen formation.
6.Do intercourse alternatively.
And more over a very important thing is that stay cool, calm and be happy.
