Ninth month of your pregnancy

The ninth month of pregnancy, i.e. the third trimester, is also going to end. In the ninth month, waiting starts to end, and the anxiety of the mother begins to grow. For this reason, more care should be taken in the ninth month. A slight incidence of accidental incidents can be done in such a way that every step should be taken in the ninth month.

Diet in the ninth month of pregnancy
Fiber-rich foods: Include vegetables, fruits, whole grains breads, cereals, dates etc. in your diet. ---- Iron-rich foods: Include in dried fruits such as fish, chicken, egg yolk, broccoli, lentils, peas, spinach, berries, soybean, raisins. Calcium-rich foods: The most important thing in the ninth month of pregnancy is whether you are taking full calcium-rich food items or not. Foods containing vitamin C: Vitamin C-rich foods are important during the ninth month of pregnancy. Eat citrus fruits, tomatoes, strawberries, broccoli and cabbage. Folic Acid Foods: Make vegetables like green leafy vegetables, beans, chickpeas and peas, which are full of folic acid, make a part of your daily diet. 
Vitamin A containing foods: During this phase of your pregnancy, add spinach, carrot, sweet potato, melon, etc. to your diet.

Keep these things in mind during the ninth month of pregnancy
Have plenty of rest in this month. -You should leave the work of making arrangements to stay in your hospital and leave it to your family members. 
Write important numbers such as hospital, ambulance service and taxi service in one diary.- All documents, such as keeping all the reports, tests etc. together. Keep your bag ready for the hospital.

What do you feel during the ninth month of pregnancy
The most obvious sign of the ninth month of pregnancy is that continuous pain and painful cramps in your stomach which gradually increases.  Pain starts getting worse after every 10 minutes or more in the upper part of your back, pain in your waist or in the upper thigh area. 

You are sure that whether you are in the labor pane or not, go to the doctor for advice. Make sure to check with your doctor that your child is fine. Your body is now fully prepared to give birth to a baby. In the ninth month, there is comfort in breathing difficulties but you often get urine again.

Fetal activity in the ninth month of pregnancy
At this stage your child's development is almost complete. Its weight will increase rapidly. Her brain and lungs have matured. Now the child has been fully developed to be born.
