The 6th trimester of pregnancy is the finish of second trimester. In the 6th month of pregnancy, the lady becomes acquainted with that she will bring forth an infant. In the 6th month, mother should be exceptionally cautious in light of the fact that numerous hormones change right now. Diet in the sixth month of pregnancy
In the sixth month, you may be craving to eat some different foods, but it may be that you may not be able to eat those foods. If this happens, then eat nutritious foods that give you all the essential nutrients. Protein is an important nutrient that should make you an essential part of your daily diet .-- Avoid eating fatty fish and meat. If you take food like lean meat, white fish, eggs, black beans, tofu in the diet, then it will benefit you and the child. Carbohydrate is important during pregnancy but keep your weight in mind during this time. You can eat carbohydrate compounds such as potatoes, pasta, sweet corn, seeds, nuts and oats. During the 6 months of pregnancy, eating vegetables is even more important in your diet such as beet, leaf cabbage, spinach, carrot, pumpkin, turnips, tomatoes etc. 
You should include cheese, yogurt and milk to cure calcium deficiency in your diet. - Drink as much water as possible.

Keep these things in mind during the sixth month of pregnancy
Start shopping for baby clothes and accessories. In pregnancy, your body may have itching problem. Using cotton underwear helps in itching. Put baking soda in your bath water and apply lacto calamine lotion, it gets rid of itching. There may be black spots around your eyes and nose. These are all pregnancy marks that later go away.

What do you feel during the sixth month of pregnancy
You start feeling stiffness in the body. At the time of sleep at night, the legs become cramped. ---- You will begin to feel stretch marks and rashes in your body. You have sensitization of itching in the body. There are numbness and brooding in hands and feet. You may have swelling in your feet, for the treatment of which you do not hang feet.

There may be pain in your back. This is due to the weight of your stomach, so make sure you use the right posture while walking and sitting. Do not stand for long periods. You may feel cramped in the legs. This usually happens at night and massage is useful in it. Exercise regularly.

Fetal activity in the sixth month of pregnancy
Your heart starts beating more rapidly than before, because you have to give extra oxygen to your baby. During the sixth month the baby's teeth begin to grow. Your child can now hear your voice and music. Your child may now start moving in your stomach too. You begin to feel like a child's kick.
