Ninth month of your pregnancy

Fifth month of pregnancy


The fifth month of pregnancy, i.e. the second month of the second trimester. This month is very important for both mother and child. Know, what things are needed for the mother to take special care of her in this month.

Include vitamin C foods rich in your diet such as citrus fruits, oranges, seasonal, amla etc. Orange, broccoli, and tomatoes are a good source of vitamin C. Add cabbage ,cheese, carrot, fresh tomatoes and beetroot as well as salad made from raw vegetables in your diet. Proteins are very important for our body. Protein is needed to move muscles, skin and organs forward and keep themselves strong. Include chicken, eggs, dry fruits, lentils and grains in your diet. If you are a vegetarian then you can take soybean, boiled gram, paneer and tofu.

Include spinach, fenugreek and broccoli in your diet to meet the iron requirement for body. Add wheat, ragi, rice, maize, oats to your diet to meet the needs of nutritious elements like Vitamin E, Vitamin B complex, Iron and Magnesium in the body of the infant. 
Constipation is common in pregnancy. Drink plenty of water to avoid the crust. In addition to water, take at least 2 glasses of milk every day. Calcium and Iron Pill are important for the development of your baby's bones.


Take care of these things in the fifth month of pregnancy-
You have to take special care of your sleeping position. When sleeping, it is better to have a left side sleeping position. You sit on your back with pillows. Sleep with a pillow in between the legs so as not to strain/ pressure in your stomach.

Fourth month of your pregnancy


Hi friends and ladies…

I will not take much time of your and come to t
he points. As, now this is 04th month of your pregnancy and you are overcome from the extra care, and precaution of first three months which were  crucial in terms of cautions and precautions.  Now you will be feel little comfortless than the three months. The discomforts felt during the first three months may not vanish or finish suddenly, but it will go down slowly and slightly and you will take more breath than those three months. In this 04th month you will see sudden changes in your body and in your growing baby too. Now this is the time start from when you would have a span of appointments with your gynecologist.

What Socio-changes would be:-
1- You will feel better than first three months of your pregnancy. The morning sickness and dizziness will be going downwards and you will be cool and calm.
2- Your body will feel uncomfortable with your regular clothing and desires the maternity clothing. 


3-You will switch to larger and airy / comfortable cloths in which your muscles and skin feel comfortable and off-course your growing baby too.


4-After the first check up in the third month, your doctor will go for an ultrasound scan. And after hearing your baby’s heartbeat with our ear in the previous month, this new scan will be a kind of dream for you and it will be a life time experience of parenting.


5-You don’t know at this time you will feel full of joy and   euphoria of having a baby and your family will now treat you like a queen.

What changes in the body:-
1- You will experience mixed and significant changes. As there would be lots of changes in your womb and eventually there would be many and predominant physical changes would occur in your body.


2- You will fell more energized. Try to spend your most of the time with your life partner.

3-
A hormone named progesterone hits your pelvic muscles to get relaxed and eventually it forces you to be relaxed and lazy. You feel a relaxed and lazy body in the 04th month of your pregnancy. A feeling of heaviness is frequent as your tummy feels mostly full.


4- Your tummy will be having some significant changes. You will see your stomach gets rounder with a wider waist and a small pot around your navel.


5- Breast size gets bigger, rounder and fuller, which means they are now ready to produce the lactation incoming after delivery. You will see your chest / bosom stand out in a conspicuous way. The nausea and dizziness may be lesser than before, but you will continue the same on and off as they come and go.

What changes in growing baby:-
You must know that there would be massive changes in your growing baby. This little champ is not more as a fetus. Your baby will now see some rapid progress.

-    Its eyes will now get their original place means they will shift from the neck to the sides of its head.

   The baby’s limbs are now functional and moving. His nervous system is now working.

-     He/she will kick you on your womb. It’s his/her external responses. Try to punch your bump with finger slightly and feel your baby react with a slight jerk.
4
-     Your baby’s facial features/ changes will now start to develop.
5
-     If you do ultrasound, you will find that the neck is getting longer and the chin will be visible.
6
-     He/she gets fine hair called Lanugo. The eyebrows and hair will start growing by the mid month.
7
-     Its ready to give his/her fingerprint to the CID / FBI to help them to investigate a crime.
8
-     Oh ! yes, he/she is ready to suck his / her thumb.


Precautions during 04th Month your Pregnancy:
Generally, people think that the first three months must get extra precautions, that’s right but 04th month is also very important. You will now have to take more precautions when doing the regular work at your home. There are few Do’s and Don’ts that you will have to note and obey during your 4th month of pregnancy.


Do’s-
Medicines: Take the necessary medicines prescribed by your doctor. Don’t forget it.

Look at Your Weight: What you eat is more important than how much you eat. You must adopt a healthy & balanced diet. Excessive eating will not help your baby’s grow faster or better in any manner. Eating right food in right manner will be your new rule in your pregnancy life.



Fitness and Exercise: At this time if you must do some light exercise guided by some professionals or by your doctor. It is very useful so that you can have a hassle free and less painful delivery ahead.



Nasal Congestion: In this month you will feel your nose bleeds, blocked ears, stuffy nose etc since there is an increased blood supply to your mucous membranes.



Maternity Clothing: As I mentioned your body will ask you for more comfortable clothing, you obey it and wear some large and airy cloths.



Sleep your Left Side: Start it now. It will help you to digest the food in your tummy and provide the necessary items to your baby to grow.



Breathing Exercises: You must do some kind of breathing exercise like yoga. Talk to a Yoga expert who will teach some fine-tuned breathing techniques that can be practiced during pregnancy.


Don’ts:
Although there are same Don’ts as in third month of your pregnancy but I would like to add one more in this section so that take fine care of you and your growing baby and that is-



No Stress Zone: You are yet to reach the stage of a bigger bump; any physical or mental stress definitely will face you. Avoid lifting heavy objects, sleeping on your tummy and engaging in strenuous activities. Your baby is now growing rapidly you must take a calm rest to your body and to your baby as well.

Third month of your pregnancy

When you are having 3rd month of pregnancy your baby getting the bones harder and thick. It is moving spontaneously around but simultaneously you are not in the position to feel that movements. They eyes get larger shape than before but opened. Eyebrows are not formed which will be accomplished later on. Outer part of the ears is formed.

As we all know that the biggest part of baby is its head and it is about the half size of the total body and in that condition the brain remains same as it was during the birth. The weight of the baby is about 12-15 grams and the length is about 3.50 inches. Yes you would be able to hear your baby’s heart’s beat with the help of doctor’s apparatus.
Few precautions are as below.



While Exercising:-
A.
Do not involve in the positions or postures which pressures to your abdominal muscles & backward bend.
B.If you have any other health problem contact your doctors.
C.If you feel that doing exercise is painful then leave it and try next day.
D.If feeling sad don’t do exercise..


Sex During your pregnancy:
A .It is safe during the pregnancy until and unless you are feeling good and you do not have any complications.
B . If you got bleeding or something unusual in your private parts avoid sex.
C . Man should have a control on him.




Which Food?A.Stay away from the fruits like papaya &
pineapple as they can cause abortion.
B.Avoid Coffee.Avoid sea food as much as you can.C.Wash all fruits & vegetables before eating.D.Do not touch alcohol, smoke etc.E.Neglect oily foodsF.Have Fish, peanut, poultry, egg white, pulses, beans, cheese ( paneer), cereals, dal (Grains)  as they are rich in Protein.
 


General Awareness:-A.Do not have any contacts with pets like cats and reptiles.
B.Stay away from X-rays machine and Microwave.
C.Stay away from paint, thinner, kerosene, patrol etc.
D. Avoid long hot bath

Second month of your pregnancy

II-month pregnancy's precautions.

Friends!

Now I am here with second month of pregnancy’s news.

Let me share with you that the second month of pregnancy will have the same symptoms which was similar to the previous month. In this month you will feeling the following symptoms as below.

1 .Of-course you will be feeling the joy of motherhood with sweet dreams
2. You will be having the symptoms of dizziness, frequent urination, and fatigue
.

 

3. You will not be focusing or enjoying a list of food for long. Your  mood will be swinging to other foods during the second month of pregnancy.

Your ovary will produce a hormone called it progesterone which is important to maintain a healthy pregnancy period. Blood circulation will be increased in your veins so mother will feel warmer than other days.


A tinny baby bump will be appearing (just a feeling) which is really an upcoming joy of the mother. Mother also feels that the baby in the womb is in motion in second month of pregnancy.

 
In order to have a safe delivery, you must have plenty of rest and relaxations and very important that you have right and healthy meals during second month of pregnancy. You must create your list of food during second month of pregnancy.

So friends we will start from 1st month of pregnancy. What to do or what not to do in the first month of your pregnancy. So keep patience and read the following, consciously with your open eyes.

FIRST month's precautions.

 What to DO-


1 .In the very first month of your pregnancy, the first thing you have to do, stay calm, cool and most of the important, don't take stress.
2. Eat fresh vegetables with ions, minerals and vitamins (Green vegetables are the best options)
3. Take the fresh fruits in the morning, take some juices, if possible then go for a light walk like in kitchen garden and near by the park for  fresh air.

4. Try to see some good stuffs like educational movies, some religious things (please note these are the examples). It depends on your choices for good things.
5. If any health problem persists, concert your doctor immediately.
6. Yes, off-course see the dreams for your bright future. 
 


What NOT to do-


1. Do not lift heavy stuff like trunk, buckets, your machine etc

2. Do not bent yourself for any kind of work.
3. Do not give any kind of pressure to your stomach.
4. Do not take medicines without any prescriptions of your doctor.
5. Avoid junk foods,drink, alcohol, smoking and drugs.
6.Don't consume much tea/coffee, it causes acidity. Which is not good.

So friends hope this will guide you in a good manner and you can have a pleasant 1st month of your pregnancy.

Friends !

I am going to share with you few facts while thinking to conceive a baby but you get some problems and did not get the result. It is very beneficial to them who are deprived with  baby or cannot conceive while all medicals are OK. You have spend lot of money, you are tired to visit your doctors. Please read
once my suggestions.Few steps are as below.

a . Know your time span of monthly periods
As lady knows the span of her periods, keep calm and cool during this time. No need to have intercourse suddenly after the 3-5 days of periods (Control guys !) Stay think about it. Later on 10th day after the first day of period-Seems to be ovulation time.Ready to be a player !


 
b . Know your Ovulation
Within the time gap of 10 days (say your period start at 1st day of the month so on 11th to

21st) between this gap you might have the ovulation (release of the eggs from ovary). The day in between, when you feel some kind of pain in your stomach so think that is your ovulation-Normally it happens on 14th day but it depends. You also can use the ovulation kit to know your ovulation.
That is the time for intercourse-Do it guys ! love your woman.

c . Procedure of fertilization
When partner's sperm releases to the vaginal way, it flows to meet and fertilize an egg released by ovary. It may fertilize at uterus.That is the place where your baby will be formed to come in your world /home.

What to do if nothing happens
If you are not getting the result  do the following.
1. Do intercourse alternatively (by 01 day gap)
2.Do not masturbate, keep your semen stored in you, so that it may become a large ml (milliliter).
3.While intercourse-penetrate as longer as you can (keeping in
mind the pain of your partner)
4.Use some kind of lubricant like natural oil etc for the right penetration.Do not use creams or other artificial cosmetic creams. It may harm you and your partner.
5.Put the pillow under your woman so that you can have a good penetration.

6.After ejaculation do not get down, stay calm and cool for 10-20 minutes and advise your woman to stay calm and cool with you.When get down say your lady to stay in same position for next 10 -15 minutes.It will give more and more sperms to flow towards  the egg and finally one will win.
 

How can be maximized the fertility

1. Do not masturbate regularly (we advise never to do it)
2. Do not make the relation with others-it may carry few micro-diseases to your partner (which are not noticeable but are very harmful and affects the fertility-It doesn't matter whether you use the condom or not.
3.Do exercise regularly, eat fresh fruits,vegetables minerals etc.
4.Do not consume drugs,alcohol,wine beer etc. It may affects the number of sperms in semen. Stay away from all these.

5.Do not use much oily food in your regular diet it may increase the fat in your body which is not good for semen formation.
6.Do intercourse alternatively.


And more over  a very important thing is that stay cool, calm and be happy.
 
By applying above you may get your desired result guys !.
